H5-RC1000 series robert controller

H5-RC1000 Robert controller integrates motion control, PLC control and network control, including digital intelligent master controller, digital intelligent demonstrator, remote intelligent IO module and remote control software on PC.

The user can not only use all the functional modules independently, but also integrate them to achieve various complex auto control functions.

  • Muti-axis motion
    With standard configuration of 3-axis motion, 8-axis motion is supported at maximum, and external axis control can be extended.
  • High speed and flexible
    Support acceleration and deceleration control by linear interpolation, circular interpolation, curve interpolation and linear/S curve before interpolation, and both the high speed and flexibility of motion control is considered.
  • Precise location
    With 1 circuit RS485, it supports ModbusRTU master/slave protocol, and distributed I0 can be extended via CANopen bus and EthernetCAT bus.
  • Easy-to-use programming environment
    The embedded soft PLC module that complies with IEC61131-3 standards can customize I0 output and axis control function according to the customer’s requirements.
  • High-speed bus
    Adopt distributed structure design based on EthernetCAT bus technology, easy for installation, and with quick response. Technical solution of Panasonic RTEX bus can also be provided according to the customer’s requirement.
