Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Response of the Implementation Plan for the Industrial Transformation and Upgrade and Foundation Enhancement Project in 2014. The project of “high-response, high-precision and high-speed series servo motor for high-efficiency and energy-saving injection molding machines” proposed by Ningbo Anxin Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd., a unit in the electric drive (three in one) field of Ningbo Haitian Drive Systems, is supported for approval with the total investment of the project being 122.5 million yuan and the national funds accounting 20% of the total investment of the project.

 

Being jointly organized and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance, the industrial transformation and upgrade and foundation enhancement project aims to upgrade the development of key infrastructure materials, core basic parts (components), advanced basic processes and industrial technology foundations (hereinafter referred as to “four basics”) in key industries and key areas, promote the industrialization of scientific and technological innovation achievements, gradually solve the bottlenecks that restrict major projects and key equipment, consolidate the foundation of industrial development and enhance the quality and efficiency of industrial development. In 2014, the foundation enhancement project mainly focused on the improvement of basic capabilities in four areas, including high-end equipment, green energy-saving vehicles, rail transit and high-end electronics. The project took the company as the mainstay, the market as the orientation and the innovation as the drive to systematically support “four basics” key links in upstream and downstream of the industry, solve outstanding problems and improve the basic capacity of industry and the overall level of the industrial chain.

This project mainly solves key technologies in research and development, process and quality control of high-precision, high-response and high-speed servo motor to innovate research and development design, transform process flow, improve product quality, and establish the complex test base for the research, development and production of servo motor with the largest scale, first-class technology and complete specifications in China and form the production capacity of 60,000 sets high-response high-precision high-speed servo motors for injection molding machines. The successful implementation of this project will greatly improve the technology and industrialization level of China’s servo motor industry, thereby promoting the transformation and upgrade of the injection molding machine industry and effectively improving the core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities of the industry.
